She is a qualified and experienced psychotherapist who offers psychotherapy / counselling, sex therapy, relationship / marital therapy and family therapy, using an eclectic mix of styles developed over the years, enabling her to tailor her therapy to each client's specific needs. She considers herself highly dedicated, results-oriented, and passionate about her work.

She entered the field in her early thirties after having experienced some very growth-inducing psychotherapy herself. She has studied widely during those ten interesting years and draws from a variety of theoretical frameworks.

Her particular interest (and the topic or her dissertation) is the field of human sexuality and in particular it's link to intimacy and direct correlation to the psychological health of all emotionally committed relationships (regardless of sexual orientation).

She is AASECT qualified and is currently working on her Florida State Sex Therapy License (the only US State to license the practice of Sex Therapy).

Nikki adheres to the The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's 'Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy'.

She is a member of the Psychotherapy Society of Hong Kong, and the Asia-Ocenia Federation for Sexology.

She is a qualified Effectiveness Trainer and has run Parenting and Conflict Resolution seminars and classes at the YWCA, Island School Evening Institute, and the HKPPA over the last ten years.

She is a consultant for the Humane Society International working with them on their 'First Strike' project; the link between animal abuse and interpersonal violence, and she also lectures on their behalf at local Universities and High schools on fur production and other animal cruelty issues which she is passionate about.
