Parent Effectiveness Training is a skills based communications and parenting program.
Each highly participatory session of PET will give you new skills to put into practice straight away to open up two-way communication and resolve difficulties between yourself and your children.
The more you practice the faster you will see the benefit in your family life, rules that help everyone - more honest and open talk, learning that everyone’s needs and values are respected and that conflicts can be worked out in a more fair and friendly way, one that’s agreeable to all.
As qualified facilitator I am available on a private or public basis to conduct either a two hour workshop entitled ‘How to talk to children so they’ll listen and listen so they’ll talk’ or a weekly 3 hour, four or a six week PET course.
Also, as a trained psychotherapist I can work with your entire family, either at one of my offices or at your home.
